This downhill handlebar outperforms aluminum alloy with lighter weight, brighter color, higher pressure resistance, shock resistance and proper elasticity. The 1-1/4" carbon links are ultra-light and stiff, with more pleasant vibration at speed. It has a thickened tube wall, UD Matte finish, and ergonomic smooth curves that fit hands perfectly, reducing fatigue during long rides and ensuring a secure grip for downhill/off-road.
Install with a hex wrench (4Nm standard, max 5Nm), alternating sides to tighten; apply carbon paste to prevent slipping. Choose width based on riding style-wider for enduro/downhill, narrower for tree-lined trails. Ensure prefab head width 45mm and lever diameter 31.8mm during assembly
31.8mm diameter, flat bar widths 720/740/760/780mm, 4°upsweep, 5mm rise, 9°backsweep. Thickened tube wall fits most mountain bikes, ideal for downhill/off-road.
